University of St Andrews is offering entrant scholarships for international students who will be studying at St Andrews for an undergraduate degree starting in 2014. Scholarships are awarded as a tuition fee reduction of up to £4,000 per year for each year of the student’s undergraduate studies and awarded on the basis of financial need. Harvard University, Harvard Lab for Developmental Studies offers annual summer internship for undergraduates or students within 1 year of their graduation. Interns will gain in-depth research experience. The Max Planck Society offers scholarship program for international visiting fellows in Germany. The scholarships are available for pursuing research programme. Scholarships are provided in the field of law at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. Priority is given to candidates whose work may advance the research interests of the Institute. Scholarship is offered for 2 to 4 months. Application should be submitted till February 15, 2014.
University of Ghent is offering master grants for students from selected developing countries in Belgium. Applicants, who already received a Master Grant in the past, are not eligible. These are awarded for the duration of the studies with a maximum of 2 years. In case of a two-year-programme the scholarship will only be paid for the full term if the student successfully completes the first year of the programme. The scholarship consists of an insurance, an allowance of 1000 euro per month, an installation fee of 500€ and a refund of the yearly tuition fee with a maximum of 80€.
