It aims to encourage researchers to take part in shaping regional research and to provide discussion on current research and development approaches and tools.Various lecture presentations were also given and facilitated by speakers from ENHANCE project.  Research writing skills were given and facilitated by Prof. Dang Van Minh, Vice president of TNU and Assoc. Prof. Do Anh Tai, Vice Rector of Thai Nguyen university of Economic and Business Administration. At the end of the workshop various strategies were recommended to improve quality of research outputs, and to response to peer review. Some of the strategies include research collaboration between various universities and institutionalization of various incentive systems to encourage researchers to publish in reputable journals.
