At the same time, with the combination of innovation skills and teamwork skills, each student can apply the process of innovation of individuals, families and organizations.

Through the training, the School intended to equip young lecturers and students ample knowledge and skills coupled with enthusiasm and readiness to become global citizens. Soft skills attainment is one of the five criteria after graduation of the School (proficiency in foreign languages, good professional knowledge, good working skills, good work attitude and knowledge of cultures and international practice). Students can better combine knowledge with skills and work experience to meet the demand for high quality human resources during the economic integration process.
