The cooperation agreement was signed with the aim of both parties to jointly bring into full play the strengths of each party in order to bring about high efficiency for the objectives and tasks of the two units as well as to create pervasive influence, improve connection in the creative community, start-up businesses and the whole society with specific objectives towards: "Developing a start-up eco-system at the TNU University of Agriculture and Forestry, especially developing the Technology Incubation and Startup Support Center (of the University) to become an important organization for start-up support and implementation of collaborative, development- driven activities". At the signing ceremony, Assoc. Tran Van Dien, Rector of TNU-UAF emphasized the policy of the university to stimulate the spirit of start-up in its students in particular and the spirit of entrepreneurship of youth in the northern mountainous region in general.
