At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Phan Quang The presented about the tradition and educational model of TNU - CT. The Ambassador also introduced about the advanced higher education in Finland. He said that all lecturers must have Master’s degree and were trained in the advanced education. That system was set up based on the sense of responsibility, all lecturers were allowed to decide their teaching, especially, almost foreign students did not need to pay studying fee, for the Finnish Government funded 100% of the school fee.

Through the visit and work, the Ambassador hoped that students from the TNU-CT had access to visit, study and conduct scientific research in Finland, since most of programs were in English.
