COURSE ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION
The first phase focused on project management’s knowledge and skills with specific principles and managing procedures. Based on knowledge and skills learned in the first phase, the participants were required to build or adjust a project of their own workplace with distance guidance of experts.
In the second phase, the participants presented their project in the class and received direct comment and consultancy. In addition, skills of human resource and higher education quality management were introduced to them. Those two skills were essential for educational manager in the competitive settings between universities in and out of the country.
The certificate of participation was only issued for those who fully attended and had project presented in the course.
