International conference - Dialogue "Improving the role of female leaders in the Innovation University model"

From December 1st -3rd, 2023 at the Palace Bronze Drum Center in Thai Nguyen City, University of Economics and Business Administration hosted the conference in collaboration with Hanoi National University; Coventry University (UK); Phenikaa University successfully organized the International Conference - Dialogue " Improving the role of Female Leaders in the Innovation University model". The conference belongs to series of events and dialogues on capacity of female leaders in educational íntitutions.

The workshop is in the framework of the project "Improving female leadership capacity in higher education towards the era of digital transformation and globalization" (EWL) sponsored by the British Council and chaired by the participation of Universities, including: Hanoi National University (chair) in collaboration with Coventry University (UK); Phenikaa University; University of Economics & Business Administration - Thai Nguyen University.

The conference was successful with the gathering of contributions and participation nearly 30 agencies, organizations and universities with more than 100 delegates attending in person and more than 100 delegates participating online and scientists from 6 international organizations; businesses and associations; universities, institutes; In particular, the workshop also had the participation online of Dong Thap University, College of Industry and Trade, Hung Vuong University....

With 07 presentations from practical experts, domestic and foreign researchers on the innovative university model and the role of female leaders; 1 dialogue session shared about Strengthening connections between Universities and Enterprises. The conference created a forum to exchange initiatives and experiences in developed countries, thereby providing recommendations to promote the role of female leaders in strengthening connections between universities and businesses, promoting innovative university models.
