On the morning of January 15, 2024, the delegation of the Kishuu Agricultural Cooperative Union, Japan, led by Mr. Shiba Mitsuhiro - Chairman of the Board of Directors of JA Kishuu, visited and worked at Thai Nguyen University (TNU).

The TNU delegation includes Assoc.Prof.Phd. Hoang Van Hung, Director of TNU; Representatives of the School of Foreign Languages, International School and Center for Training, Fostering and Human Resource Development.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Shiba Mitsuhiro - Chairman of the Board of Directors of JA Kishuu expressed his appreciation for coming and working with Thai Nguyen University. On behalf of the Union, he expressed his desire to cooperate comprehensively in many fields with TNU, including supporting programs to help TNU's students go to Japan to intern and work.

Speaking to welcome the delegation, Assoc.Prof.Phd. Hoang Van Hung - The Director of Thai Nguyen University thanked Japanese partners for their support over the past many years. In the coming time, TNU will sign comprehensive cooperation with Japanese partners, specifically Kishuu Union in several areas such as student exchange and career exchange in many training fields of TNU; Coordinate production and sales of Vietnamese-Japanese branded products; Coordinate science and technology, develop products, especially agriculture for export to Japan and other countries.

Representatives of the Department of Science, Technology and Foreign Affairs, the School of Foreign Languages, and the International School also introduced the needs, potentials, and proposed ideas and directions to connect and cooperate between the school and Japanese businesses.

At the end of the meeting, the two parties highly agreed on the mutual contents and directions for expanded cooperation in the coming time. The Kishuu Agricultural Cooperative Union expressed their wishes and hopes that this visit will be a new driving force to promote further cooperation and exchanges between the two parties; creating more opportunities for Japanese businesses and schools in Thai Nguyen University to connect supply and demand of high-quality human resources.
