The 16th International Scientific Conference of the East and Southeast Asia Federation of Soil Science Societies (ESAFS 2024), co-hosted by Thai Nguyen University and the Vietnam Soil Science Society, will take place from March 26 to March 29, 2024, at Thai Nguyen University.

 The conference aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and updated knowledge among soil scientists globally, especially those from East and Southeast Asian countries, contributing to sustainable development in the region through the harmonization of agriculture and the environment. It also serves as a foundation to promote R&D and disseminate knowledge and technologies related to soil science. The conference is held biennially, rotating among the member countries, thus allowing equal participation of local and international soil scientists.
